Delight- Oud Candle for Her

8 oz Oud candle. Oud is a fragrant oil extracted from tree resin. It is used in this candle as a base note. Delight Scent uses Oud as a base note, a mix of very soft essential oils is used in this recipe as a top and middle note which softens the oud and gives it a delightful and fresh smell, 

Wooden candle wick lasts longer, burn slower, and are cleaner but they require extra care. Here are some tips that help your candle last longer and burn correctly:

1- On the first burn, allow the wax to melt across the entire diameter of the candle (usually for this type of candle takes about 30 mins)

2_ Trim the wick before each use. remove all the charred wood from previous burns. 

3_ Do not burn longer than 2-3 hours

4_ Do not burn all the way down

5_ Burn your candle away from air vents
